Located in Wells-next-the-Sea on the North Norfolk coast, The Homestead offers the perfect setting from which to discover Norfolk.

The self-catering accommodation provides comfortable sleeping for up to 11 people throughout 4 bedrooms; 2 double rooms, 1 twin & 1 family room including three single. In addition there is a double sofa bed in the sitting room downstairs. The Homestead also includes ground floor & upstairs bathrooms, living & dining space as well as a full equipped kitchen with electric oven, hob, microwave & dishwasher. Outside, families can enjoy the west facing enclosed rear garden, perfect for long summer evenings.

Wells-next-the-Sea has much to offer people of all ages. There is an arts centre, an indoor soft play area, a narrow gauge steam railway to Walsingham. Branching out across Norfolk, the Holkham Hall estate is just one mile away & Sandringham Estate 20 miles. There are excellent golf courses in Hunstanton & Brancaster, whilst birdwatchers flock to the North Norfolk coast for the mouth watering varieties of birds.
